Terms of Use

1. Provider

These terms of use apply to the web backend and Discord bot FGC Roll.

2. Scope of service

FGC Roll provides functions for managing Discord servers. Depending on availability, this includes groups, guilds, direct member and channel permissions, scheduled messages, onboarding, reaction roles, module settings, feature access and a web-based backend for server administrators.

3. Discord account and server permissions

A Discord login is required to use the backend. Access to server configuration is available only to users recognised by Discord as server owners, administrators or holders of Manage Guild permission. The operator may restrict individual functions for user groups, servers or generally.

4. User obligations

Users may use the bot and backend only lawfully. In particular, abuse, spam, bypassing technical restrictions, disrupting operation, unlawful content and actions that breach Discord rules or applicable law are prohibited.

5. Contact and support

Support requests can be sent through the contact form. Requests are forwarded to an internal Discord forum for processing. The form must not be used for spam, advertising, unlawful content or abusive reports.

6. Responsibility for server content

Server owners and server administrators are responsible for content, roles, channels, group names, automated messages, role notifications and other configuration on their Discord server. The bot provides technical tools but does not editorially review content. @everyone, @here and direct user pings are deliberately unavailable in the message system.

7. Premium and feature access

Individual modules or functions may be free, disabled or offered as premium functions. The operator may adjust scope, limits and availability for bug fixes, security or further development. A payment function exists only when an offer has actually been published; an internal product plan alone is not an offer to purchase.

8. Availability

There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, Discord incidents, hosting issues or technical errors may temporarily restrict use.

9. Restriction and removal

In cases of abuse, security risks, breaches of these terms or legal requirements, the operator may restrict, suspend or remove access to the backend, bot functions or individual server configurations.

10. Liability

The service is operated with appropriate care. Liability for damage is governed by statutory provisions. The respective user or server operator is responsible for content and configuration created by users or server administrators.

11. Privacy

Information on the processing of personal data is available in the privacy policy.

12. Changes

These terms may be amended when the service is extended, legally adapted or technically changed. The current version is available on this page.
