FGC Roll: organise your server simply
FGC Roll connects a Discord bot with web management. Groups and guilds receive access through stored Discord user IDs and direct permissions on their categories and channels. Roles remain separate: they are for presentation and self-service, not a replacement for broad structure permissions.

Modules, limits and configuration
Modules & limits
Server owners can show or hide functions for their own server and set a lower local limit. The platform owner manages the higher-level Free/Premium limits. Existing entries remain when a limit is lowered; only new entries are blocked until capacity is available again.
Place new categories
Groups and guilds always keep their own category and permissions. Without a selection, it is created at the bottom of the server. With the Premium place below this category option, the new category is placed directly below it.
Invite the bot again
If the bot is removed from a server, its configuration and management data are retained. After inviting it again, the server can be reconnected and configured further.

Welcome, goodbye and roles
Messages for new members
In Onboarding, public welcome messages, private direct messages and goodbye messages can be enabled separately. Select a channel for public welcome and goodbye messages.
Text, embed and template
Each message can be sent as plain text or an embed. Embeds support a colour, footer and – depending on access – author, icon and link. Available placeholders are {user}, {user.username}, {server} and {server.member_count}.
Immediate autoroles
Select roles which new members receive directly after joining. When Discord member screening is enabled, assignment waits until the server rules are accepted. Only roles the bot can safely assign are shown. Use Refresh roles now to load newly created or moved roles.
Delayed roles
Create role rules with a delay in minutes, hours or days. A rule can grant or remove roles and starts separately for each new member when they join. Delays are limited to 7 days; the number of rules and roles per rule is controlled through Free/Premium limits.

Publish a panel
A role panel is a text message or embed with a live preview, published in a selected text channel. Disabling a panel removes its Discord message while keeping its configuration, so it can be enabled again later.
Three selection types
Emoji reactions use server emojis. Buttons have a label and colour. With a dropdown, members choose one option per interaction and reopen the menu for another change. Every emoji in an emoji panel must be unique, so each reaction maps to exactly one role.
Selection and safety
Only roles below the bot's highest role are offered; the bot cannot assign higher, managed or @everyone roles. The number of panels follows the server's Free/Premium limit.

Creates a guild with a master and database membership. Its optional Premium display role, including its colour, is cosmetic only and never grants access.

Delete the structure, its category and every contained channel. Guild deletion also removes its optional display role.

Messages, schedules & welcome post
Create messages
Create a one-off message, a recurring schedule or exactly one welcome post per server. One-off posts and the welcome post remain as templates and can later update or delete the same Discord post.
Build Discord embeds
A message can be plain text or contain up to ten Discord embeds. Additional embeds have a title, text and colour. An optional final embed is always sent last and contains the image, footer and footer icon. Recurring schedules follow their interval; one-off posts are published with Send now.

Scheduled messages and role mentions
Start time
Schedules can start at a selected date and time. One-off and recurring messages may mention multiple selected roles before their embeds.
No broad pings
@everyone, @here and direct user pings are deliberately blocked because they can easily create unwanted spam. Use an opt-in notification role through a role panel instead.
Owner media library
The platform owner can upload vetted images to an internal media library and select them for their own messages. The selector is intentionally unavailable to third-party server administrators, who continue to use their own image URLs.
